Have you ever... decided to take a break, or just got busy with work or with school and got distracted from watching your favourite show or anything that you love, and suddenly there was a dozen episodes that has been out and everybody is talking about them and spoiling everything, and your favourite actor did a new movie and a bunch of books you have been waiting for got released and everyone already read them? Because this is how I feel at the moment.

My finals are in May and let's just say that I have been slacking for the past couple of months, so I'm just trying to catch up on my studies these days and nothing is helping.
Age Of Ultron is coming to the cinemas in here in a couple of days, perhaps my birthday. I have a bunch of books that are staring at me in disapproval because I have been dying to read them for a long while and when I finally found them, I couldn't read them. I missed so many episodes of Supernatural that I don't even know where to begin. And let's not talk about Tumblr, because I can't even log in my account in fear I would get spoiled about something. (Because basically everyone I'm following is a fan of something that I'm not up to date with.)

I need to catch up. I need to somehow stop time and spend a week just binge watching season 10 of Supernatural, read The Book Theif and The Hobbit, and go and watch Age of Ultron. Only then would I be able to focus. I can't stop thinking about everything that I am missing.

Can you stop time for me as well? I have about a zillion books I want to read and they are all 500+ pages. XD

I love The Hobbit! The dwarf names are a little silly, but it's very true to Norse myth.

Last year, I was taking a Chem class (that I did not take during undergrad) because I needed it for a program I was thinking of applying to and....I was getting a bit frustrated with the class. Chem is a little evil. I procrastinated one evening by going out and watching Captain America: The Winter Soldier. It was too distracting, wanting to go and see it and I had people willing to enable me. ^^;;

I know someone whose b-day is April 30th and he wanted to see the preview showing!

Yeah. Tumblr is baaaaaad.

School is depressing in that way; you can't really keep up with fandoms and still get good grades. x_x

I know that feeling! I got left behind by SPN back in season five and I've just never managed to catch back up. And books, arrgh.

I hate that feeling when you are excited for so many things, but just don't have the time to catch up. I do have the same problem at the moment, as my job and life take up so much energy and time. And, yeah, let's not talk about how you can't even go on tumblr without having all the things you hadn't had the time to see yet shoved at you with all the spoilers right in your face. It's impossible for me to go on there before I manage to catch up with all my shows and read all the current comics... *sigh*

Don't be sad, it will pass, but it's so damn frustrating to be in that place.

I hate that feeling as well. And whenever I have free time, I feel overwhelmed with the amount of things I need to catch up on. It is starting to feel more of a task than something that I enjoy doing.

Tumblr is impossible. Despite how careful I am, I always get spoiled about one thing or another. *sigh* Tags are there for a reason, people!

Thank you! Well, I did have an exam that day but it wasn't too bad. Plus, I got books a few days earlier as an early birthday present, so how can I complain? :)
